Service Description
We offer rental of our studio for small events, as workspace, meetings, workshops etc… Research consistently finds adding plants to the workplace decreases stress and increases productivity. A UK study found bringing plants into the workplace increased productivity by 15%. Meanwhile, a US study found 10% of employee sick days could be explained by a lack of nature and natural light in the office. Hold your next meeting in an oasis. Our space is wheelchair accessible and receives ample natural light. Our space can hold 15 seated and 30 standing. Rental Rates Rental Minimum 4 hours (including setup and cleanup) (All rental fees listed below are subject to change due to time of year, number of attendees, and hours of events, or at the discretion of Wesleaf Designs and Decor™. An additional $200 clean-up fee is optional for some events. Weekday Event Rental (Mon- Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm) _______ $100/Hour Space Rental, Tables, Chairs, & ION Sound System _______ $750 - Full Day (8:00am-5:00pm, unless booking multiple days.) Weeknights Event Rental (Mon – Thurs and Sunday after 5:00pm) _______ $130/hour Space Rental, Tables, Chairs, & ION Sound System Friday, Saturday, NightEvent Rental (after 5:00pm) _______ $150/hour Space Rental, Tables, Chairs, & ION Sound System A 5% Administrative fee will be added to each event fee. Cancellation Policy: Once booked & paid events cannot be cancelled nor refunded. Events can be rescheduled two weeks prior to event date by email to bookings@wesleafdesignsanddecor.com.
