Give your residents the opportunity to turn their space into an urban oasis today. ______________________________________________ Booking Time/Fee covers: 30 minute plant care workshop with Q&A where residents can bring plants they need consulting or tips on, followed by a 1.5 hour pop up shopping experience with support of a plant care specialist to support residents in choosing the right plant for their lifestyle & space. We encourage residents to bring pictures of their space to help support the plant design process. Note: Client is responsible to providing a parking space for the duration of the event. 1 hour prior and after the event booking time. Cancellation Policy: Once booked & paid events cannot be cancelled nor refunded. Events can be rescheduled two weeks prior to event date by email to bookings@wesleafdesignsanddecor.com.

Wesleaf Designs and Decor - Plant Care Consultation Booking Policy Welcome to Wesleaf Designs and Decor! We're excited to partner with you to troubleshoot and enhance the care of your plants. Below is our booking policy to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients. Service Overview As plant care consultants, we analyze your space and provide expert recommendations to ensure your plants thrive. The consultation includes a tailored assessment of lighting, humidity, window directions, and your lifestyle to build your confidence in plant care. Booking Details Service Range: Consultations are available within a 30-mile radius of Boston. For inquiries outside this radius, please email us at info@wesleafdesignsanddecor.com to discuss options. Scheduling: Appointments are available by request and subject to availability. Book your consultation online at Wesleaf Designs and Decor or via email. Consultation Duration: Sessions typically last 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your plant care needs. Payment & Fees Consultation Fee: Fees are disclosed at the time of booking and must be paid in full to confirm your appointment. Parking Costs: Clients are responsible for coordinating parking accommodations for Wesleaf staff. If metered or garage parking is required, any parking fees will be billed to the client following the consultation. Notify us of any parking arrangements in advance via email. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the consultation cost). Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Additional Notes Our consultations are designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to care for your plants and let them care for you.
